Located in the west coast of Norway, Kristine Vikse educated in fashion design and mode list from the fashion school of Esmod in 1997, and has worked in several parts of the norwegian fashion industry from design and trend information to retail. In 2006 she launched her first collection, the children`s wear collection MeMini by Kristine Vikse. After years of production and distribution experience the time the marked requested women’s line, and now Kristine Vikse presents two collections of high quality fashion under her own name, and also a brand new women’s line Birgit anno 1951 from fall 2014. The collections are always inspired by nordic nature with references to history, but from different angles. The Kristine Vikse collection is a collection of a wide knit range of sweaters, dresses and coats, while supplemented by pants, skirts and tops for contemporary outfits with a twist. «With my design I want to give women comfortable clothing with soft lines, with a wish that those who wear them feel beautiful and confident.
