Merger with John Gilbert Helgeland, longtime partner in Norway. 2010 BTX Group's 15 brands are grouped into 3 sections; Young, Modern and Classic. 2006 Kabooki divested. Brandtex 2006 Group A / S changes 1 April name for BTX Group A / S 2006 BTX Footwear established in Vejle. 2005 Establish joint procurement office in Shanghai under the name BTX China.Brandtex Group will in May sold sold to the private equity fund, EQT. In autumn 2005 merged 4YOU A / S Blend A / S in Vejle, and SILBOR Fashion Ltd. merged with Signature A / S in Brande.
